How do I know which Healthfirst plan is right for me?

Your age, household size, income and other personal information will determine which plan(s) you’re eligible for. Give us a call and we’ll help you understand your plan options and find out if you qualify for financial assistance.

How can I get help paying for health insurance and healthcare expenses?

When can I sign up for coverage?

Essential Plan, Medicaid, and Child Health Plus have year-round enrollment. You can sign up for any other health insurance plan during Open Enrollment. Please note that certain plans have specific enrollment periods during which to sign up or switch plans.

However, you can enroll outside the Open Enrollment Period if you’ve had a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). These events include:
